Each directory structure, each folder and each document has a protection level set between 1 and 5. Each user may also be allowed to access files and folders up to a certain level. A user who has access to documents up to level 3, will not be able to open any document with a protection set at level 4 or 5, etc... To avoid users from mishandling important documents and folders they are supposed to ignore, DOTELEC® will simply "erase" these files and folders from their view...
