After a successful setup of DOTELEC®, the first thing to do is to gather all the documents and files from every station of the network. Through the simple Drag/Drop method, the documents leave the local hard-disks to be installed on the server(s) and are immediately accessible from any station connected to the server(s) ( provided the station is given the appropriate rights of access ).
At the end of a Drag/Drop stage, DOTELEC® automatically detects the associated application and writes the file name as the default description on the document label. The user may then proceed to the necessary modifications as best suit his needs.
